Blame It All On High Gas Prices

July 7, 2008 · Leave a Comment

Gas prices continue to hover between $4.20 and $5.00 per gallon across America. Many ingenious people are now finding creative ways to get around. Yet we seemingly are at the mercy of oil companies and the middle eastern cartel who has brought this country to it’s knees. Something is seriously wrong; when we have literally no explanation as to why we are even in this crises. There literally is no leadership, when it is leadership that we need the most of these days.

Food prices are skyrocketing because of the rising cost of fuel. Cities and city governments are exploring innovative ideas, like the four day work week which in turn will make it increasingly difficult to rid the country of its unemployment woes. Yes unemployment continues to go up, because of our Gas prices remain stagnant in this no growth economy. We have been operating on borrowed time since 2000 and as they say the Chickens Have Come Home To Roost.

So we resort to scooters, walking, riding our bike, snow shoes, a cross country skying, to deal with this mess that President Bush has no idea how to solve it. So we will go on and see Gas prices rise to $6.00 per gallon and above. We finally ask the question how much can we take of this before it is a total revolt? Or will prices mysteriously go down one month before the election? If so, we know that all this is by design; to elect John McCain.
